Poha is the breakfast of many a champion. Rice for breakfast but shadowed by peanuts, spices and some much needed crunch.
The initial step in making poha is to rinse and drain the flattened rice, a necessary step if you don’t want crunchy, uncooked Poha. It can feel a bit like a Goldilocks moment - soak too long and it’s too wet, not enough and it’s far too dry.
All you need is 5 minutes to get the recipe started in the morning and let the upliance take charge of the all the cutting, chopping and stirring.
This recipes tops our weekly charts on the regular and we’ve had to come up with several variants. Sweet Poha, Zero Oil Poha, Saunf Poha, Quick Poha and also a Poha Salad.
