Kalakand on upliance

Who knew you could make Kalakand at home?! A festive favourite, this dessert is daunting to make the traditional way, but on the upliance you will be done in 30 minutes!

The traditional way of making Kalakand involves heating and reducing milk to a thick, grainy consistency, which also involves stirring it at regular intervals and getting the temperature and time just right. On the upliance all you have to do is add ingredients to the Jar and we use our temperature sensors to ensure nothing burns. With the blades stirring at regular intervals, you get a great creamy consistency.
